Guangxi New Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was officially established in Fangchenggang City, Guangxi in 1999, with a registered capital of CNY 41700000. The company is the only enterprise in Guangxi that has the first class qualification for general contracting of port and waterway projects approved by the competent construction department, and has the first class business blasting unit license approved by the Guangxi Public Security Department. It integrates the general contracting and professional contracting of various port and waterway projects such as underwater reef blasting and reef removal project, river and sea channel regulation project, dredging and reclamation, underwater excavation and obstacle removal project, wharf project, ship lock project, yard road and land structure project, bank protection project, cofferdam project, navigation mark project, etc. Underwater reef blasting business accounts for more than 60% of the current domestic market share, and now we have more than 30 reef blasting ships and over ten dredgers. The company has focused on professional construction of underwater-reef-blasting for more than 20 years, and enjoyed the prestige of professional reef blasting in the port and waterway engineering construction industry. The company has successfully participated in the construction of coastal port wharves and waterway projects in Guangxi Beibu Gulf, Dalian, Weihai, Qingdao, Rizhao, Zhoushan, Xiamen, Quanzhou, Shantou, Zhuhai, Shenzhen, Yangxi, Hainan and other places, as well as the regulation of high-grade inland waterway and shipping hub projects such as the Southwest Water Transport Channel, the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River, Hunan Yuanshui, Lishui, Sichuan Jialing River, Sichuan Minjiang River, Yunnan Lancang. In response to the Belt and Road Initiative, the company seized the opportunity to establish an overseas team and endeavor to expand overseas construction business. Since 2008, Guangxi New Harbour has participated in the construction of the phase I Approach Channel Dredging of Hambantota Port in Sri Lanka, the south container terminal project of Colombo Port in Sri Lanka, the reef blasting project of the Kribi deep-water port project in Cameroon, Underwater-Reef-Blasting in SONAREF refinery hydraulic project of Angola National Petroleum Corporation, Underwater-Reef-Blasting Project of New Container Dock Port in Ghana, Africa, Dredging & Underwater-Reef-Blasting Work in DUNG QUAT Port of Hoa Phat Steel Plant, Vietnam and other projects have become the pioneer of the "going global" enterprises in the region. The company attaches importance to independent innovation of technology and equipment. At the initial stage of establishment, the drilling pontoon with the combination of large aperture and high wind pressure down the hole drill and GPS positioning technology was self-developed, which greatly improved the efficiency of underwater blasting construction; In 2008, we independently developed and built the only domestic drilling pontoon with integrated production and processing of ship hull and mixed explosives to ensure the progress and safety of key construction processes of underwater reef blasting; At the beginning of 2019, the company cooperated with Academician Wang Xuguang of China Blasting Industry Association to establish the first academician workstation in Guangxi to study engineering blasting technology, which became a new starting point for our research and development. The company also has a number of special certification technologies such as Class I and Class II construction methods in the water transport industry of the Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China with more than 20 national patents independently developed. In 2019, the company won the "Certificate of High tech Enterprise". The annual construction capacity of underwater reef blasting has exceeded 10 million m3, and the annual construction capacity of underwater dredging has exceeded 60 million m3. It has the construction capacity of 50000 ton coastal wharf project, 1000 ton inland river wharf project, 3000 ton inland river ship lock project and other comprehensive projects.
